The wonderful lemon tart @levi_cph is accompanied by a brilliant gelato made of buffalo ricotta. I was surprised to realize just how pronounced the taste of ricotta in the shape of an ice cream could be. A very delicious dessert which only got better by a dash of olive oil from @tenuta_sanguido_official 😋
