- Justin Hurst added a new meal Dinner at 鮨 木場谷 at Sushi Kibatani (鮨 木場谷)
Some highlights from a beautiful dinner at Sushi Kibatani (木場谷) in Kanazawa.
A real pleasure the taste the different in fish and style on the other coast of Japan. I always insist that sushi is very personal, more so than most foods, and this one suited my taste very much.

Looking forward to a return visit late in the fall. Less

A feast for the senses at the newly relocated @suikoan_official. No longer inside a repurposed apartment, the restaurant now boasts a refined, elegant space. My limited Japanese only understood about half, but even then it was illuminating even after hundreds of kaiseki meals. Less

- Justin Hurst added a new meal Dinner at MASIA at MASIA
Normally I wouldn’t post the same restaurant twice in a short time, but @masia_tokyo is putting out some fanatically delicious food, and I really think you should give it a try.

- Justin Hurst added a new meal Dinner at 森ふじ at Morifuji
Morifuji (森ふじ)
Tokyo
An intimate, 5-seat counter restaurant where you can watch the chef prepare everything right in front of you. He also incorporates teppan-yaki into most dishes, giving a unique twist. A very substantial meal as well. Really enjoyed it, looking forward to future visits.
