A few highlights from a restaurant I’ve spent years trying to get in to. Matsukawa was elegant, restrained, simple, and with impeccable service. Ceramics were gorgeous and often quite notable and/or old. Flavors were subtle and refined. I’d definitely like to go back again, if I can get in, outside of crab season to see what they can do with “normal” ingredients.
