A new wine-focused high end bistro in Toranomon, Tokyo, called @_araratrestaurant. Photos here are from two different visits. Owner/Sommelier Higashihara-san has built a really special place. Tiny, with only four tables, it’s a beautiful space. The course menu is an excellent value, as are the wines. The classic, focused cooking really scratched an itch for me - no fusion, no over-complication – just delicious. Highly recommended.
