A very creative and promising new restaurant in Ginza, @ginza_yuzan. The premise is California meets Japan, and as a native of the former and a resident of the latter, it’s a really nice combination for me. So many successful places in CA (and NY, and Paris, and…) have taken Japanese ingredients, styles, and culture into their food.
