A lovely Christmas Eve menu at @sezannetokyo’s sibling, Maison Marunouchi. @chezcalvert reprised his famous Pigeon Pithivier from Belon, and it was such a treat to taste it again.

Pig head croquette, the most decadent chicken liver mousse, and a parade of other deliciousness rounded a wonderful night. Thank you to the @fstokyo team, @stef_rabot, and @simone_macri84 for the warmest hospitality.
