I'd forgotten just how damned good Australian oysters are. Briny, tangy, finish goes on for minutes like a fine wine.
Settling if for what will likely be my final meal at @sepiasydney before they close at the end of the year. Jetlag or not, I had to squeeze in a visit while in Sydney.
