I don’t think there is any more viscerally satisfying and pleasurable eating experience to be had in NYC than the master class in Yakitori at the Select Counter from the amazing crew at @torishin_ny_official. The quality, technique, seasoning, and service are all exemplary. One of my favorite restaurants, anywhere.
