This meal really stayed with me.

The Four Horsemen continues to set a standard for thoughtful, quietly confident cooking, paired with one of the most compelling wine programs in the city. Everything was delicious, cooked with love, and genuinely fun to eat.

It’s no surprise it gets the recognition it does.
