A promising new Yakitori restaurant with some very interesting dishes, and great value, in a part of town I don’t head to often enough. @yakitoribless is now open. The soborodon at the end, as well as the wing/hatsumoto combo plate were particularly excellent.

One more yakitori bento design which I thought was very neat was this one from BLESS, a rather new Yakitori shop. The “neat” part is the chicken wings. Usually in tori bento they avoid anything with bones for convenience. But there they use the chicken wings that are cut in the way commonly practised in izakaya - where they cut the soft bones at the joint and the ends of the bones were cleaned up so you can hold the wings without getting your fingers dirty or you can eat with chopsticks easily....
