Always a pleasure to have dinner by @jeromequilbeuf. His modern Spanish restaurant @tinc_gana_tokyo is a great mix of flavor and technique, in a friendly and comfortable format. A great sibling to the more casual @gracia_tokyo.
Seasonal dishes mix with stalwarts to make a menu that’s always offering something new. The firefly squid were a particular standout on this visit. The paella onigiri is a great way to finish the meal, and the famous cheesecake is worth the hype.
