Another fantastic meal a short while ago at Noble Rot. I never get tired of the cooking here and can’t praise it highly enough. Exciting times are ahead for the group with the new opening in Soho’s The Gay Hussar and the current sous at Lamb’s Conduit Street heading over there. Personally I am glad to hear that Paul will be staying to run the show. Noble Rot is one of those restaurants where I fear change. It’s just at that sweet spot where I very selfishly want it to stay....forever.

A trip to London wouldn’t be complete without another visit to @pweaver1984 at @noblerotbar . Delicious as always (the food 😳)👌

Another great lunch at Noble Rot last month with Hayley Evans. Paul Weaver and the team really are on top form here.

Naturally we had to try all the desserts 🙄

My next stop in London was the excellent @noblerotbar & restaurant where chef @pweaver1984 and his team serve beautifully cooked seasonal British fare using superb ingredients. As usual here it is almost impossible to choose from the menu as everything looks so tasty, so we just asked Paul to cook whatever he wanted. There were 23 items on the menu and we ate our way through 16 of them including all the desserts and cheese of... More

This cozy restaurant is a place I could go to once a week. This was my most relaxing and satisfying meal during my trip to London. While Noble Rot Restaurant & Wine Bar is known for their wines, the food by Paul Weaver, formerly of The Sportsman and St John's, is worth a try if visiting London. Solid.

A high standard of British cookery & excellent wines. Head Chef Paul Weaver is formerly of The Sportsman & St.Johns. The slipsole dish was a highlight for me.

I only had to be told that Steve Harris (owner of my hallowed Sportsman pub in Kent) had teamed up with the Noble Rot founders (Dan Keeling and Mark Andrew) to create a restaurant in London, to make me throw down the tea I was drinking immediately and start looking at reservation dates for my first visit. A year later and a quick drop in for a great glass of red and the undeniably superb breads (focaccia and soda) at Noble Rot is still one of the nicest things that can be done in the whole of London...
