I know I’ve said it before, but @ester_au is one of my all-time favorite places. Mastery of flavor, great atmosphere, and a killer curated wine list. The $88 AUD ($63 US) tasting menu is a screaming deal. Must dine. Oh yeah, and that Veyder-Malberg didn’t suck.

So, @ester_au is still killing it. Even better than my last visit in May, 2016. Must Eat when in Sydney.
