Yakitori Hinata(@yakitori.hinata). A newcomer to Azabujuban. Chef formerly at one of my favorites, Yakitori Imai. (@yakitoriimai) Excellent technique and quality. Great wine selection, and warm service. Lucky to have another great spot in the neighborhood.
