Suehiro Sushi. Shimizu city, Shizuoka Prefecture. A long standing restaurant in a port town that gets first pick of a lot of good seafood, I had a feast of pristine ingredients from the 80+yr old head chef. Interestingly, it was almost all sashimi and cooked dishes, but I certainly wasn’t complaining. I regret not bringing a bigger appetite after the feast at Naruse just hours before.
