Fine-dining Indian cuisine in London. It is not always photogenic, but it is nearly always very good food 🇮🇳

Delicious, spicy, and extremely filling meal at Gymkhana. Easily some of the best Indian food I’ve had (though I’ve never been to India, sadly.) The tikka fish was the standout for me, along with the searingly hot but tasty quail kebab. Wines matches were tasty, but lost against most of the food. I’d opt for cocktails or beer next time.

A new addition to the 1 Michelin star family for 2014/15 and I was highly pleased with the visit. Set menu lunch was taken downstairs at their bar which came with the added bonus of having an individual waiter for our entire meal who clearly knew his stuff and took great pride in serving us our lunch.
