Tucked away in the side streets of Bunkyo ward is a little bit of a gem of an Italian restaurant. Solid ingredients, great preparations and yummy food. Chef is super friendly and there's a decent wine list too. Takes a bit of effort to get there but it is worth it.

An exuberance of magnificently aromatic Alba truffles at @toshikiwatanabe’s In Bosco. Not pictured, the enormous truffle he chopped up and made “truffle chip” ice cream with. Just unreal.

What a gem! In Bosco out in Bunkyo-ku is starting with Italian and then just going freestyle. Delicious, welcoming, interesting wine pairings that were all new to me, and an admirable after dinner drink selection. Looking forward to returning soon. @toshikiwatanabe
