One of the hardest things to leave in Seattle was my weekly tradition of Sunday at Spinasse. And while nothing will ever come close to replacing the great friends and delicious food over the many years, it was a tremendous pleasure to discover authentic Piedmontese food and wine at Ostü in Tokyo. Vitello Tonnato, Plin, Brasato, Barolo... it was all outstanding.
