The dishes were quite impressive (although the portions were on the lighter side) both restaurants have preserved their DNA while elevated with new inspirations and creativity. Favorite dishes were Taco aux fruits de mer; Zucchini blossom tempura and Hamaguri two ways. Wine pairing was interesting but at this level of expectation and price point, it could have been better. Looking forward to seeing more from both restaurants. •
