At the counter around the sunken hearth, you can enjoy an Omakase course centered on char-grilled sweetfish and gibier (wild game) hunted by chef Kiyoshi Koduru's father. The menu includes Deep-fried prawns and potatoes with homemade chili powder, Ezo deer fillet, Japanese black bear loin with sauce, grilled wild boar loin with sauce, and skinned wild boar hot pot.

At the 12-13 seat counter surrounding the sunken hearth, you can enjoy an omakase course centered on charcoal-grilled Ayu (sweetfish) hunted by chef Kiyofumi Koduru's father. Recently, the course began with steamed hairy crab and matsutake mushrooms, steamed natural baby ayu fish, followed by char-grilled natural ayu fish, Ezo-shika deer fillet, and asian black bear.
