Tempura Mokkosu 天ぷらもっこす 1st visit — amazing discovery in Takasaki, operated by a super friendly couple in their own house. Everything was juicy, crunchy and perfectly seasoned, especially the shiitake. The kobako crab was also a brilliant idea. Since the chef is from Kumamoto, the horse meat tartare here was also extremely tasty. •
