Azabujuban Fukuda 麻布十番ふくだ 1st visit — both cooking and service styles by this husband and wife team are reminiscent of Haguchi, which is traditional, ingredient focused cuisine with profound and balanced flavors, maybe just fewer wow moments compared to Higuchi but still a very solid meal. Really enjoyed the moroko from Biwa lake, a fish with soft and creamy texture that looks like ayu but without the bitterness. •
