My first visit to the temple of meat in Ebisu, luckily grilled by @vanne_yoroniku himself. Many more pieces than pictured here, of course. I rarely eat a lot of beef, but when I do it’s really nice to appreciate many different textures and techniques.

Yoroniku Ebisu 蕃 1st visit — top quality wagyu cooked to perfection. Every bite was tender, juicy and flavorful. Best thing was that despite all the meat the meal was not too heavy, and it was refreshing to finish the meal with 2 flavors of Kakigori. •
