Isshinzushi Koyo 一心鮨 光洋 1st visit — the most highly rated restaurant in Miyazaki. Meal started with quite a lot of otsumami dishes, seasoning was on the lighter side. Nigiris were bolder in flavor but lacks a bit finesse. Not the top quality sushi Tokyo standard but the amazing atmosphere and wine selection made it a very enjoyable meal nonetheless. •
