TexturA is actually two restaurants in one. You have a high-end gourmet spot and what they dub a high-casual restaurant. Both are some kind of fusion of Chinese and Spanish cuisine. The tasting menu at the former will set you back 11,000 yen, while the casual restaurant has the potential to be a lot less with the a la carte options. A lunch plate is only 1650 yen. Let’s go with that.

TexturA 1st visit — interesting concept of Chinese and Spanish fusion, tasty and well executed dishes. The duck shabu in mala hotpot was delicious. Although the meal was more of a combination of Chinese and Spanish dishes than a true fusion of the two cuisines. •
