A couple interesting oldies, matured but still alive. The Barolo was dense and well structured while the Morgon still got some juicy fruit. A pleasure to drink both.

Chinese Takase 中華たかせ 1st visit — highly rated Cantonese cuisine, chef used to be the head chef of Sense in Mandarin Oriental. Fukahire, steamed grouper and wonton noodle were authentic and delicious but some other dishes were more Japanese than Chinese, where the chef was a bit too conservative with flavors in my opinion. •
