Gachirin 月輪 1st visit — a relatively new restaurant focused on suppon and crabs. The ingredients are definitely top notch — it was quite impactful to see 2kg caviar poured out in a bowl in front of you, buffet style. First time trying suppon liver, perfectly seasoned with goma oil. Great service and quite decent wine list, definitely worth checking out. •
