The Omakase course offers a unique and original new Japanese cuisine that can only be enjoyed here. It focuses on seasonal ingredients and enhancing the flavors of the ingredients themselves simply, yet to their fullest potential. Recent dishes include female snow crab Chawanmushi, steamed Shiitake mushroom with turnip, Matsuba crab croquette, and warm soba noodles with Suppon. Main was unagi with egg dipping sauce which was quite unique. Guest can choose from 4 types of soba to finish the meal, both duck and oyster soba I got were well seasoned yet not too heavy. •

A little over a year old, @sharikimon_onozawa is a very impressive new restaurant. From a chef that formerly worked at a Soba restaurant, you get a flavorful and well executed meal with a lot of variety. Instead of rice, finish with your choice of soba. I recommend getting all of them. Recently added to @omakasejapan for easy booking.
