Sujiko, katsuo and kinmedai were all great, though the highlight was definitely the mushroom and wagyu shabu shabu, as a mushroom lover it really hit the spot. •

Ginza Ankyu 銀座安久 1st visit — opened last year, Tokyo branch of the renowned Kyoto restaurant. Haven’t been to the Kyoto location but food quality here is already quite high.
