Decent food, well prepared and presented but nothing mind blowing. Favorite dish was the winter melon fukahire soup, quite Chinese. Very high quality meat, different marinades (combination of Japanese, Chinese and Korean elements) are used for different cuts. Some favorite bites are sagari (hanger steak), tongue, and innards. Finishing the meal with Korean cold noodle was very refreshing. Only complain is that it gets quite hot inside, better come in winter. •

Highlights this time were shrimp head (crispy outside with juicy flavorful guts inside), eggplant (tasted amazing raw, so sweet that it’s more like a fruit than a vegetable) and sweet corn (crunchy and refreshing).
