The restaurant @theritzlondon serves perhaps the best cuisine I’ve eaten to date for a one-Michelin-star restaurant. Except for accolades from a few experienced foodies who’ve dined here and know how good the cooking is, this hotel establishment doesn’t seem to command as much attention these days. That’s a shame because I can’t wait to go back. It’s a place I wouldn’t mind returning to on every trip to London. The food, service, and setting are simply top-notch! 👏🙏

This might be the strangest salad I’ve ever eaten. On the surface level, given the eclectic components, it doesn’t seem like it should work. But the combined taste of the ingredients is truly marvelous. In hindsight, the creativity behind the dish is ingenious. No wonder it has endured on the menu since the beginning 🤤😋
