The hotteok is a Korean street food often called a sweet pancake. To me, the texture is more reminiscent of a New Mexican sopaipilla. The description doesn’t matter as much as the taste though. It’s just delicious and crazy addictive. If I didn’t already have a second dinner planned, I would want to eat a dozen of these 🤤👏😋
