5b) Fluted Tart – Wagyu beef from @snakeriverfarms, onion caramel, chives, Kalamata olives, Golden Osetra caviar, cured egg yolk

I could have eaten a dozen of these panipuris! Excellent 🤤😋

And @saundsgood, can you bring back your Punjabi tasting menu, please? 😃
