When you eat at a @chefseng restaurant (@thipkhaodc, @padaekdc, @hanumanh_dc, or the @khaopoondc pop-up), you are guaranteed a great meal. She has blessed the DMV with delicious Lao cuisine for years. Each restaurant’s menu seems to present a multitude of must-order dishes that inevitably please the palate.
