Lightly cultured milk and cream from a small dairy. The caramel sauce underneath has been seasoned with seaweed salt and smoked with peat. Simply phenomenal! 🤤👏😋

Monkfish liver and lobster sausage – leek mille-feuille, spicy lobster sauce, aromatic herbs 🔥

First steamed and then finished on the grill. The texture of the sausage was somewhat bouncy with a fantastic snap reminiscent of my favorite hot dog, Vienna Beef. This was a real pleasure to eat! 🤤👏😋
