While search engines may call @yangbanla a Korean-American restaurant, it’s probably unlike any you’ve patronized to date. Chefs/Partners @johnmhong and @katiannahong’s cooking takes multiple influences from their joint Korean heritage, California ingredients and gastronomy, and years spent toiling in Michelin-starred kitchens.
