A delicious refreshment to kick off this under-the-radar tasting menu located in Brooklyn, NY. I was surprised to learn Honey Badger has been around for many years, actually. The restaurant is run by a small team of three and terms itself as a wild-to-table restaurant, utilizing mainly foraged or hunted products. The food is not only delicious but is often comprised of ingredients not seen in more typical tasting menus. As a result, their cuisine is tied much closer to the water and land of the region than any other NYC restaurant I’ve tried to date. I can’t wait to come back to try a new season and menu! 😃
