@naro.nyc is a new restaurant from @jparkato and @eparkato serving Hansik cuisine. It spotlights Korean food not featured often in the US or elsewhere outside of South Korea. Traditional techniques intersect with seasonal ingredients to create a modern presentation of light but compelling flavors. This is the kind of cooking that might require mindfulness and patience to appreciate in full. At its core though, the cuisine retains all the essential characteristics found in the other @atofamnyc restaurants 🇰🇷
