1) curried corn bisque – cockle clams. pork lardons. palm oil.
2) Scallops, coconut, tarragon oil, mango granita
3) zaalouk dip – roasted eggplant. coriander oil. roasted vine tomato. crumbled goat cheese. crisp red onion. spiced buttered flatbread.
4) kaaklo – chili plantain fritter. smoked maple crème fraîche. caviar.
5) crab & scallop egusi dumplings - half shell. green shito butter. brown butter herb panko. lemon.
