Out of many strong courses, my dining companion and I chose the grilled halibut as our favorite dish. The sauce is really amazing! Even your bare fingers will taste good dipped in this sauce. For now, it’s a weekend special. My hope is it will become a regular menu feature with an expected seasonal rotation of fish and vegetable 😃
