Dinner @63_clinton will cost you $92 (before tax and tip) for seven courses. That’s ridiculously cheap by New York City standards. That price would also be highly affordable in other major metropolitans. At this price point, owners/partners @raymondetrinh and @samuelclonts could probably get away with serving decent if unremarkable food. If that were the case, I wouldn’t bother to tell you to eat here as soon as possible. At the moment, I can’t think of a tasting menu with better value in NYC. The food at Sixty-Three Clinton is stunningly terrific with attentive service to match 👏

From a visit last month, I thoroughly enjoyed every course and found it difficult to name a dish that I liked least. The quality of the cooking is so much better than what the bargain price might indicate. Though only a year-and-half old, the restaurant has already notched a Michelin star this past October. The accolade is well deserved. The strength of the food is readily apparent even if you forgo all supplements. However, the extra luxuries here do appear to act as true enhancements rather than just expensive window dressing. If you choose to skip all of them, you’re still likely to be swooned by this stellar meal 🥰

There’s a century-old joke about the disproportion between one’s culinary desires and one’s income—champagne taste on a beer budget. At Sixty-Three Clinton, you need not worry. Raymond Trinh and Sam Clonts are pouring you Dom Pérignon 🍾
