Probably the technology of the Mirazur dishes were a bit too complicated for the kitchen facility of NH Eurobuilding. But despite of the challenging circumstances we have sampled fantastic dishes. The Mirazur in Menton is an incredible chef driven restaurant with excellent cuisine and an extraordinary culinary experience.
Lovely service all along, with an enthusiastic team who even on the last day of service were performing 10 out of 10. We are looking forward to our next trip to the french riviera. Less

The sage flavoured pumpkin soup and the ragout soup with porcini mushrooms for starter were very promising after everything went downhill. The Mouflon spine was over very over cooked therefore it has lost all it's juicy tenderness. The braised beef cheek was so overwhelming with the smoked,-salty taste, that it was inedible, so we had to send it back and have it replaced with a roasted duck breast.
As this restaurant is listed as one of the best restaurants of the region by the Gault & Millau, we were hoping for a much better culinary experience, just mediocre. Less

La Bergerie is the casual restaurant of the two Michelin star Maison Edouard Loubet outside of Bonnieux, in the heart of Provence.
After a whole day journey we arrived at the restaurant at 9.30, but the service was still smooth and pleasant with a cosy atmosphere.
In the shadow of the "big sister" the cuisine is simple but everything prepared with top quality ingredients. Our choice were beef tartar with green salad and fries and Terrine terroir for stater, a leg of lamb from the open grill as mains.
Our dessert and coffee were served by the open fireplace to finish a lovely dinner.
Excellent dinner, well worth every cent. Less

Well composed Asian inspired food concept, at the two Michelin Star restaurant in Berlin
The restaurant is lacking of any posh attitude, the settings and atmosphere is very friendly and casual, the staff is efficient.
They have wide variety of different menus to choose from:
Lunch menu, the signature menu with 6 courses, the 8 course menu, vegetarian menu for lunch and dinner and the full a’la carte menu.
We chose the 8 course tasting menu with the additional pecking duck and Krug Grande Cuvee for welcome drink
From start to finish we have enjoyed our dinner, each course had some surprising twist, some new and for us unknown ingredients.
Our firm favorites among all plates were the Ikarimi salmon, suckling pig with dashi and ginger and the Peking duck
The lady who served us recommended a really good German rose wine and a Grand cru Hengst gewurztraminer. Both were perfect additions to our perfect dining experience. Less

Despite the lovely atmosphere our dinner was a mixed bag. Delay in the service, mistake with the orders and mediocre food. The trout ceviche was exceptionally good. With a little more attention to the kitchen and the service they could perform a lot better.
The Katz Orange is a good option for Sundays when most of the listed restaurants are closed. Less

Nobelhart und Schmutzig is an unconventional Berlin restaurant owned by sommelier Billy Wagner and his business partner Micha Schafer. The restaurant philosophy based on a mix of regional products only and an exciting fine dining concept.
The guests are seated at a long counter around the open kitchen watching the chefs and the crew durning preparation and service. Each course and each ingredient is explained when serving the dishes. The wines are carefully selected by Billy Wagner who keeps an eye on every guests and exactly knows when and what type of wine to offer. He clearly runs the show.
The ambiance is relaxed and laid back, no usage of cellphones are allowed inside so you can really sit back, focus on the exceptional dining experience.
The menu:
Oat Infusion
White radish
Smoked Eel with red cabbage
Pike with onions
Kale with horse radish
Celeriac with black currant
Venison with mugwort
Potato with apple
Milk with walnut
Hazelnut with juniper
