The quality of the food and service is a perfect match to the level of the hotel where it is located. Both of us ordered the tasting menu, which was vibrant, full of flavours. One of the dishes was the eggplant parmigiana, the best I have ever tasted, but all fish and meat dishes were also superb. Most of the ingridients are coming from the family`s own ecological farm, it`s hard to discribe the taste of the sunkissed tomatoes, the ripe fruits and list goes on. Superb winelist and a very helpful sommelier helped with our choice. Service all evening with a smile and attention to all details. We will be back!
