Xu Restaurant Lounge Ho Chi Minh City

Suppose to be a local fine dining restaurant, which was only walking distance from our hotel. Downstairs is the bar and also they serve snacks, upstairs is the restaurant area. We have chosen the tasting menu, which was a mixed bag. Some dishes were really nice and showed us something special in flavor, others were blend and left us wondering if it was coming from the same kitchen and was delivered by the same culinary team.
