Almada Bakery @almadabakery in Kensal Rise is a great new Portuguese bakery. The pastel de nata is probably the best in London. When asked how they make them so good, the response was: “We use a bit of lemon and cinnamon in the custard and also use cinnamon water when shaping them which I believe makes a small difference. I also think the ingredients we use make our Natas the best they can be, estate dairy cultured butter, shipton mill flour and estate dairy milk. Happy they don’t go unnoticed 💛”. La Brinca in Ne @la_brinca has to be one of the most special and magical restaurants in Italy. It’s quite hard to get to but the location is amazing and many of the dishes are ancient local recipes which are almost impossible to find anywhere else. Swipe to the end to see the menu.
