Offal x pizza quiz night at @circuspizza_panzers by @kitdelamain and @floffal was great fun and tasty. Banoffee pie was with beef fat caramel, chocolate coated guanciale and shaved beef suet on top / pizza with confit duck gizzards, smoked mozzarella, sage and truffle pangrattato / pizza with Turkish spiced whole lamb’s pluck, volcanic tomatoes, lemon, sumac and onions (their take on a lahmacun) / crispy pig’s head glands fried with wild garlic and lemon / ox heart carpaccio / lamb suet flatbread brushed with lamb fat / a whole lamb’s pluck was the prize for the runner up of the quiz. #foodinlondon #panzers #circuspizza #floffal #offal
