La Brinca in Ne @la_brinca has to be one of the most special and magical restaurants in Italy. La Brinca in Ne @la_brinca has to be one of the most special and magical restaurants in Italy. It’s quite hard to get to but the location is amazing and many of the dishes are ancient local recipes which are almost impossible to find anywhere else. Swipe to the end to see the menu. Amazing pesto on frisciulla (a local wheat pancake with a mochi like texture with pesto made by hand with a pestle and mortar) / crozetti pasta with rabbit, pine nuts and olives (a pasta from the 13th century with a stamp embossed on it that holds the sauce well - often a family crest) / assortment of local appetizers / cabannina (local cow meat) with salt and raw porcini mushrooms / chestnut gnocchi with the amazing pesto / stuffed lettuce in broth 🥰 / panera (coffee ice cream and milk cream). #labrinca #trattorialabrinca #liguria Less
