Dinner reservations are available for two time slots: 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with the 8:00 PM slot allowing entry precisely at that time. Since there’s nothing around to do if you arrive early, I recommend getting there just a bit before your reservation time.Here’s what I ordered: - Margherita (JPY 2200) - San Pellegrino (JPY 880)It took about 30 minutes from ordering to receiving the pizza. I had heard the crust was light, and it truly was. However, it was seasoned quite well, giving it a satisfying flavor. Due to its immense popularity, I made a reservation a few months in advance.This place offers authentic Neapolitan pizza, baked in a wood-fired oven by a craftsman who ranked 3rd in the World Championship in Naples. There are no pasta dishes on the menu, as they boldly focus on "Pizza Only." My anticipation was already high before tasting, given the pride of the craftsman.Upon entering, I was warmly welcomed by a large golden retriever, the restaurant's mascot, creating an instantly friendly atmosphere. He was very well-behaved and friendly, making it a delightful space for dog lovers.This time, we ordered three pizzas to share among four people:◆ Margherita - JPY 2200 ◆ Marinara - JPY 1870 ◆ Seasonal Vegetables and Salsiccia - JPY 2970 The Marinara and Margherita pizzas are simple yet allow you to fully enjoy the "deliciousness of the dough itself," perfectly baked in the wood-fired oven. The crust is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside—absolutely exquisite! The quality of this dough is among the best I’ve ever had!The Marinara, in particular, was the most delicious I’ve ever tasted. The strong aroma of garlic and the refreshing flavor of oregano enhance the juicy acidity of the tomato sauce to the maximum, and without cheese, the toasted flavor of the dough, baked at high heat, and the natural sweetness of the wheat shine through.
