I had heard of this place but hadn’t visited because it’s a bit far from Sendai Station. I made a reservation a month ago and finally got to visit. It’s located just up a slight hill from the station. I received a call during lunch hours, and it seems they are quite popular, as they had to turn away customers due to being fully booked this month.The pizzas are light enough that one person can easily finish a whole pie. The crust is incredibly delicious. Watching the pizza being baked is truly impressive. I’ve never seen anyone handle a pizza peel like that before. This is definitely a pizzeria I want to visit again and again!
