I made a reservation about a month ago. It gradually gets busier, but it seemed like there was a few weeks of availability when reservations first opened, so it was possible to book a table.I ordered the Margherita DOC. There’s a live atmosphere as you can see the pizza being kneaded and baked from the counter. True to its reputation, the pizza was outstanding—definitely the best I’ve ever had. The aroma from the oven added just the right touch, enhancing the flavor.The prices are top-notch, but it’s a place I’d love to visit regularly.
